Abstract
This booklet documents the development and activities of the European Association of Daily Newspapers in Minority and Regional Languages (MIDAS) since its foundation in 2001. Drawing on historical accounts, key milestones and interviews with long-standing representatives, it provides a structured overview of the association’s evolution. It serves as a resource for understanding how MIDAS has developed over time and reflects its role in supporting minority-language journalism and fostering cooperation among daily newspapers across Europe.
