The report presents the results of transnational workshops in the Interreg Alpine Space OpenSpaceAlps project. It discusses how the alpine-wide mapping of multifunctional open spaces can be used for spatial planning. Furthermore, it reveals the most important open space functions to be harmonised within three cross-border case study areas in the Alpine Space.
