Abstract
The report presents a list of the most important criteria for open spaces, which are less protected by sectoral laws and which should be considered in spatial planning. We present criteria for landscape permeability/ ecological connectivity, for the preservation of agricultural areas, and for near natural and recreational areas, which can be a starting point for harmonised transnational open space planning.
