Abstract
Where do the PlurAlps pilot territories stand in terms of welcoming services and integration offers? Which challenges do they face, which services are already in place and what is needed to improve and further shape welcoming in the territories? Next to a snapshot from the pilots regarding the status quo, a future outlook is given as well as a few stories of success and lessons learned.
