Abstract
This assessment reports contains the methods and results of the analysis regarding the availability, accessibility and quality of selected services of general interest, as well as the demographic forecast and future demands. The report refers to the region Valchiavenna in Lombardy, Italy, which is one of the nine test areas in the Alpine Space project INTESI.
