Abstract
The report provides a set of specific recommendations to improve the institutional, legal and policy frameworks of Serbia in accordance with the existing gaps and weaknesses identified both at the national and local level, and summarized in the Focus Report “Baseline Assessment and Gap analysis of climate change framework, EIA and SEA requirements, with a particular focus on road infrastructure”.
