Abstract
Based on the competence model and the assessment tools for individual and organisational resilience developed within the empowerment4pandemias project, the consortium led by University of Gloucestershire developed one blended-learning course on organisational pandemic resilience (OPR). The course on OPR focuses on developing strategies to enhance team and organizational dynamics, aiming to create a resilient organization and work environment. The course modules reflect the 8 competencies: ability to reflect and learn, strategic and operational thinking, risk and threat understanding, focus on people and culture, adaptability and flexibility, information management, leadership for resilience and integrity, training, testing and validation.
Presentations and audios as well as other multimedia content was developed to enrich the learning experience for participants. The course was piloted with a group of local participants.
