Abstract
While previous studies conducted in Australia on the impact of climate change on wine quality have taken place on relatively flat sites in warmer regions, this study took place in a cool-climate Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir vineyard. It provides some insight into the potential impact of climate change on winegrape quality from
steeply sloping sites on a variety that is well-known for its sensitivity to heat.
