Abstract
Recommender systems in travel industry make helpful and persuasive product and service suggestionsand thus reduce the burden of information overload and domain complexityfor users. Within the scope of the below discussed Plannerproject existing technology is innovated for the e-tourism domain byconsidering all trip phases and by supporting next to standard Webinterfaces also different mobile devices. The system behaves in a personalised way with respect to the user, the situational context and the involved technical device.
