Abstract
The article critically examines the increasing trend of developmental optimisation in collaborative practices of child care and early intervention. For this purpose, selected findings from the qualitative part of a completed study are used. As a finding, homologous orientations can be traced despite divergent commissions of the two systems, which are discussed in the light of increasing development optimisation. As a result, despite divergent mandates of the two systems, homologous orientations can be reconstructed, which show normality-guided distinctions in the collaboration as dominant and thus the field of action as rich in contradictions. Furthermore, there are indications of what happens when developmental optimisation expectations are covertly placed within the framework of inclusion-related agendas.
Der Beitrag beleuchtet den zunehmenden Trend der Entwicklungsoptimierung anhand kooperativer Praktiken von Kindertageseinrichtungen und Frühförderangeboten auf kritische Weise. Hierfür werden Befunde und Analysen aus dem qualitativen Teil einer abgeschlossenen Untersuchung herangezogen. Im Ergebnis lassen sich ungeachtet divergenter Beauftragungen der beiden Systeme homologe Orientierungen rekonstruieren, die normalitätsgeleitete Unterscheidungen in der Kooperation als dominant und damit das Handlungsfeld als äußerst widerspruchsreich zeigen. Darüber hinaus deutet sich an, was geschieht, wenn Entwicklungsoptimierungserwartungen verdeckt in den Rahmen inklusionsbezogener Agenden gestellt werden.
