Abstract
Questo contributo analizza il Next Generation EU sulla base della decisione del Bundesverfassungsgericht del 6 dicembre 2022 di stabilire in che misura l’NGEU rappresenti un passo verso una futuristica Unione fiscale europea a complemento dell’Unione monetaria.
This contribution analyses the Next Generation EU on the basis of the decision of the Bundesverfassungsgericht of 6. December 2022 to establish the extent to which the NGEU represents a step toward a futuristic European Fiscal Union in order to complement the Monetary Union.
