The paper focused on the transformational aspects of narrative and experience modalities in the field of exhibit design when intertwined with digital technologies. In particular at the convergence blended realities providing a phygital experience, based on interaction with physicality and with digital environments, where this hybrid, interactive, and interconnected communication ecosystems offer opportunities for experimentation.
