Abstract
The hybrid world we are living in is increasingly populated by devices, tools and smart object that are shifting our experience from a bi-dimensional/screen context to a spatial one . This change is also widening the possibility of designing interactions that not only are played in a multidimensional environment but involve the body and its natural gestures at different levels, too. The paper explores and critically discusses the emerging phenomena in the described scenario, adopting as a key to interpretation the language and modes of interaction that are emerging within this technological and media landscape.
