Abstract
The idea behind the MARINTEK project is to be able to extract energy from the see waves in a more efficient way with respect to the actual OCW systems. The Havkraft Wave Energy Converter (H-WEC) can potentially produce up to 400% more energy than existing wave power plants thanks to new patents and an effective industrial design that double both energy capture and production periods. H-WEC is a genuine green tech product from Nordfjord, invented and designed by CEO Geir Arne Solheim from Deknepollen.
