Abstract
This book contains the proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Services Science (CLOSER 2022) which was organized by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC). This year CLOSER was held as a web-based event, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, from 27 to 29 April. CLOSER 2022 was held in cooperation with ACM Special Interest Group on Management Information Systems.
