Abstract
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the XIV International SPIE Remote Sensing Conference on Image and Signal Processing, held in Cardiff, United Kingdom, in September 2008. The 44 revised full papers and poster papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from the submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on image and signal processing for remote sensing and SAR image analysis, modeling and techniques.
