Abstract
This handbook has been developed within the framework of the “Teach-D Teaching in Diversity” project funded by the Erasmus + programme (Strategic Partnerships for school education). The aim of the Teach-D project is to address the topic of Diversity Management at school, focusing on the teachers as key actors in the process of transfer of knowledge, values, skills and competences. In contrast to the numerous initiatives providing teachers solely with skills and competences on ‘how to teach diversity’, the Teach-D project focuses on a broader series of gaps, identified in the teachers’ training, and address the following issues: how to teach diversity, how to teach in diversity and how to manage diversity.
