Abstract
Il Fondo intitolato a Diego Prospero (Milano, 1922-2000) consta di centocinquanta tra manifesti e stampati, arricchito da alcune pubblicazioni di graphic design e arte. Si tratta di una preziosa testimonianza del clima culturale che si poteva respirare nel ristorante milanese el Prosper, il cui rinnovamento degli interni fu progettato nel 1966 da Silvio Coppola (Brindisi, 1920 – Milano, 1985) che ne curò fino al 1982 l’identità visiva e le serie di preziosi manifesti.
The Fund named to Diego Prospero (Milan, 1922-2000) consists of one hundred and fifty posters and printed matters, enriched by some publications on graphic design and art. It is a valuable proof of the Milanese restaurant “el Prosper” cultural climate in the 60s and the 70s. Silvio Coppola (Brindisi, 1920 – Milan, 1985) designed in 1966 the restaurant’s renewal and was responsible until 1982 of the visual identity and a series of precious posters.
