Abstract

The article illustrates a translation project in the domain of workplace safety for multilingual South Tyrol, Italy. The terminological features of the domain, the specific legal framework, the multimodality of the texts and the need to adapt them for a lay readership presented the translation team with a wealth of different challenges at a time.
