Abstract
Industry 5.0 concept complements its predecessor, performance-driven Industry 4.0, with softer values, such as sustainability, human-centricity, and resilience. From the current level, there is a lot of potential to increase ethics and societal well-being in manufacturing companies, driven by the Industry 5.0 framework. In addition to environmentally sustainable principles and a human-centric view, a more socio-centric perspective on the design of manufacturing enterprises is considered in the fifth industrial revolution. This study was carried out in the SME 5.0 project, supporting SMEs by providing guidelines for ethics and stakeholder value creation in factories. An unstructured stakeholder interview concluded with a list of questions in five sub-areas to guide companies to initialize the transition to value-centric manufacturing. The elaboration of the questions provides real value to companies for raising awareness, mapping the current situation, and structuring the perspectives. Interviewing the shareholders could be the continuum to the research for studying their insights and mapping perspectives
