Abstract
We present oxide thin-film electronics fabricated on unconventional substrates including bio-derived, recyclable, and aesthetically unique materials such as paper from fruit waste, wood, horn, and bees wax. Using amorphous IGZO thin films deposited at low-temperature, we demonstrate temperature sensors and thin-film transistors realized by lithography, shadow masking, and transfer manufacturing. Devices exhibit stable temperature sensing and transistor operation on previously unexplored substrates such as stone paper and natural materials. These results expand the scope of oxide electronics toward sustainable, biodegradable, and visually integrated applications.
