Abstract

Bulk photovoltaic effect Charge transfer Ferroelectric crystal Nanoparticles Optoelectronic tweezer
We study the controlled trapping and manipulation of micro- and nanoobjects using a slowly light-induced increasing electric field in a photovoltaic ferroelectric crystal. By employing a structured low intensity light pattern, the behavior of particles and their attraction or repulsion can be precisely explored. The findings contribute to the development of controlled opto-electronic manipulation techniques for particles using ferroelectric crystals.
