Abstract
The article examines the manufacturing of a robotic arm for a collaborative robot, which is composed of external angular planar and cylindrical surfaces. Was used WorkNC software. WorkNC generated the production drawing and the CNC program. The surface quality of the outer cylinder, diameter of 50 f7 was measured using a Mitutoyo SJ400 roughness meter. The deviation of the roundness of the hole 47 H7 was measured using a 3D measuring instrument THOME. Rate of quality surface for the outer cylindrical surface with a diameter of 50 f7 is Rz = 4.93 μm, Ra = 0.95 μm. The circularity deviation of the hole 47 H7 was measured to be 31.3, 3 μm.
