Abstract
This paper presents the analysis of different measurements for the energy retrofit of residential buildings. A number of 54 reference cases have been composed from a simplified building model of 300 m3 and they have been simulated in three different Italian climatic conditions. On the reference cases 14 retrofitting interventions on the opaque envelope have been evaluated considering the monthly energy needs and the total cost of the investment. The results of the 2430 configurations have been elaborated through three approaches: a differential descriptive analysis, the cost-effective evaluation according to the recent Delegated Regulation EU 244/2012, and the statistical method.
