Abstract
Transnature is a research project aimed to compare transboundary governance models for biodiversity conservation in Europe. To this end, it will pursue the following objectives: to identify successful examples of transboundary biodiversity conservation, to propose ways to address common challenges and effectively protect biodiversity, and to elaborate policy recommendations in order to improve the effectiveness of transboundary biodiversity conservation governance.
