Abstract
The presentation illustrates the qualitative empirical legal methododoly used in TRANSNATURE as a combination of three distinctive methods: legal document analysis, interviews, and focus groups. The presentation focuses on the latter method explaining its pros and cons and recounting practical challenges in its implementation. The presentation emphasizes the importance of this method in view of ensuring stakeholder engagement.
