Abstract
This panel examines how displaced families assemble transnational educational and linguistic strategies across borders, focusing on—but not limited to—the dual schooling of Ukrainian children who combine host-country schooling with Ukrainian distance education. We situate these practices within wider migrant transnationalism and explicitly connect school-based learning with community, digital, and adult language learning arenas, (schooling in host countries; informal/community initiatives; translingual/digital practices; informal online language education for adults).
