Abstract
In this keynote speech, Federica Cittadino has discussed the complexities of climate change governance:
the diverse policy processes that may influence it, an example of the enforcement mechanisms, the various government levels it involves, the numerous actors active in this field, as well as the different sectors that overlap with climate protection. Federica conclude by showing how the law can play a role in regulating these interconnected elements and facilitate a governance that goes beyond silos.
