Additional Description: description: MARDIGRAS is a Hadoop-based graph building framework to cope with the State-space explosion problem during explicit state-soace exploration tasks. This framework uses the so called Hybrid Iterative MapReduce approach, and is based on the intrinsic characteristics of a state space, for this reason it can be specialized to work with different formal models. We supply a powerful tool for constructing high-performance distributed applications forgetting about non-functional aspects. MARDIGRAS supplies an easy-to-understand abstraction for users supposed to be familiar with formal methods rather than parallel/distributed computing.
