Abstract
Effectively conveying coding concepts requires an approach that considers the diverse learning styles and levels of expertise among students. One of the most challenging tasks is related to a proper import and export of data. This is due to (i) proper download of data and storage in local folders and (ii) proper import starting from local folders. In this book chapter, we will describe the imageRy R package, which provides a specific set of data for making remote sensing analysis together with a simplified version of some fundamental functions for a better didactical experience.
