Abstract
This essay considers and analyzes from a semiotic point of view the web project Europa Dreaming. The project therefore considered as a framing of current events from an anachronistic point of view, that both twists and gives historical depth to the present. It also observes how the choices of structure, language and text lend themselves to a type of plural project that gathers heterogeneous elements around a core of argumentation.
