Abstract
With more than 10,000 citations according to Google Scholar, an h-index of 44 and an i10-index of 70, Prof. Cipriano Forza is one of the most cited researchers in the area of operations management and in the top five globally for mass customization research. His track record includes hundreds of publications, including journal articles, books and book chapters, conference proceedings, and working papers. Similar to what has been done to honor and map the work of other influential researchers in the past (e.g., Chen et al., 2019; Takeuchi et al., 2021), we carry out a bibliometric analysis using a variety of approaches and tools that lead to a comprehensive overview regarding publication topics, cooperation with other authors and institutions, as well as his work’s impact and citations
