Abstract
Das Buch fasst die deskriptiven Ergebnisse einer umfangreichen Online-Umfrage zum Thema Home-Office zusammen, die in Südtirol während der Covid-19-Sperre vom 20. April bis 10. Mai 2020 durchgeführt wurde. Es zeigt eine Vielzahl von Faktoren auf, die bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung eines effizienten und sozial verträglichen Smartworking-Konzeptes eine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Sie ist in deutscher Sprache verfasst, mit einigen Zitaten auf Italienisch, da die Umfrage auf Deutsch und Italienisch durchgeführt wurde.
Il libro riassume i risultati descrittivi di un ampio sondaggio online sul tema degli uffici a domicilio, condotto in Alto Adige durante la chiusura di Covid 19 dal 20 aprile al 10 maggio 2020. Essa evidenzia una serie di fattori che giocano un ruolo decisivo nella progettazione e nella realizzazione di un concetto di smartworking efficiente e socialmente accettabile. È scritto in tedesco, con alcune citazioni in italiano, poiché l'indagine è stata condotta in tedesco e in italiano.
The book summarizes the descriptive results of an extensive online survey on home-office conducted in South Tyrol during the Covid-19 lockdown from April 20th until May 10th, 2020. It shows a variety of factors that play a decisive role in designing and implementing an efficient and human smart working solution. It is written in German with a few quotes in Italian as the survey was conducted in German and Italian.
