Abstract
In the first part of the interview, Ned Thomas spoke about the evolution of European minority policy, in which he played an active role. In this second part of the interview he continues his reflections, not least critically. He also talks about the progress and setbacks in Cymru (Wales), role models in general – and which minority he would like to be reborn in.
